Built in 1887, Grand Hotel is a National Historic Landmark. Accommodations vary in size and location due to the historic nature of the hotel. In recent years, we added the Musser Suite in honor of R.D. Musser, Jr., the late former Chairman of Grand Hotel. Mr. Musser worked at Grand Hotel from 1951 until April 2013.

The suite features a single bedroom with a king bed, a wet bar, and a separate parlor, with spectacular views of the Mackinac Bridge and Straits of Mackinac. The Musser Suite is located at the west end of the hotel’s fourth floor.
